DON"T BUY from this company. They havn't fullfilled my order or given a refund. No explanation or even an estimated date of delivery. This is my first time buying with them, never again. I Ordered 3 boxes of naturo, on 2nd JUNE, within a day received an email from them adviseing order would be delayed, no explanation ! One week, I emailed them, two weeks I emailed again, 3rd week came and went and then I received 2 boxes only. Emailed again, and again, and again and asked for refund on 3rd box STILL same response, apologising and will fulfill my order ..... Today 20th July ... STILL NOTHING. I have been so patient all these weeks and didn't want to do a bad review. BUT. When you don't get your order or refund Frustration and Anger kick in because there has been no explanation as to why ??? I am still waiting for my 3rd box or refund and I WILL continue to email .
