PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED!!
Having placed my order and receiving confirmation emails, a dispatch email and then a 'how did we do email' The product had still not been received, I contacted you by email to advise and ask for a refund, I received a reply to state refund within 5 to 10 working days.
I have not received a refund!!
