Ordered horse feed, had to chase them and twice I was advised the goods had been despatched with tracking info to follow, eventually ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund which I was told would take up to 10 working days, after 11 working days and no refund they apologised and said the money would be with me in a day or so, yet another lie, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider who have refunded me, avoid this company and save yourself the stress
