Ordered goods, paid, as you do. Long wait but holding e mails sent from them, sorry for the delay this is unusual for us🤣 (read reviews) I then got an e mail to say my goods were being despatched. Then silence, i e mailed and got holding e mails again. Asked to cancel order and be refunded, no holding e mail this time.
Have received a full refund from my credit card.
Absolutely appalling experience.
