Shame I can't give Zero stars - so far it's been a bad experience. Ordered a dog bed 16 days ago and so far 'Amy' has replied with the exact same responses so obviously AI not human! I have now contacted my bank to recoup the monies. Nothing received and no tracking information sent despite Amy saying she could see the order had been dispatched and tracking information will follow shortly. Wish I'd googled them to read reviews before ordering. Awful service. Not a way to run a 'family' company as their website claims. let's see if they respond to my cancelling the order and the threat of bank action!! You can't even speak to anyone, it's just email and that seems to be automated.
