2kg bag of Burns dog food missing from my order (which took 2 weeks to arrive). I ordered one bag dried, two boxes of wet and one bag of treats. Received the two boxes and 2 bags of treats! Contacted company they asked for my order number and since then nothing. Customer service is appalling, automated reply’s and no telephone number. Won’t be ordering again.
