I recently ordered some dog chews in July which never appeared, I chased them up and they kept telling me they had despatched it but I never received tracking details. Eventually in August I cancelled the order and requested a refund unfortunately to date I am still chasing this up. I wish I had read the reviews they are the worst Company I have ever dealt with.
