Fast communication to tell me my order was on its way… even after it hadn’t arrived over ten days later, told it would get reshipped… same again, no delivery… asked for a refund, very quickly told the order would be cancelled and refunded in 5-10 working days… so that was 10 working days ago and I have raised a dispute with my bank as they suddenly are not responding at all.
Now I’ve checked the company, the reviews are all there to warn of this experience.
