I ordered dog food and treats in July. They processed my payment of £140 immediately. No goods have ever been received. Excuses, most emails ignored, eventually email confirmation they have refunded, but no refund ever received. They've had my money since July. It's now September. They are still 'trading' - or at least taking innocent customers' money. From my experience they are no more than common thieves.
