Absolutely disgraceful lack of communication. Waited 5 weeks for a delivery, no tracking provided and then requested a refund, despite placating emails they have still not refunded my money. In my view they are trading dishonestly, knowing that they cannot fulfil orders and keeping customers money. Surely this is fraud !!!!
