Made an order of £73. It was my first order. The delivery never arrived. I complained twice (by email, they don't have a phone number!) and got the same automated email both times saying order was marked as dispatched.
Asked for a refund, got an email saying it would be issued. Waited 10 days and complained that I didn't receive it. Haven't heard back.
Their SM accounts seem to have been abandoned. I suspect they went under but are still taking orders!
