Ordered and paid for frozen dog food. Nothing arrived and unable to contact, site is not working and email of no use. Requested return of my money and have now reported to Action Fraud as I cannot as an 80+ year old cannot afford this and Knaresborough is not down the road so that I can hammer on the door!
