Ordered two sacks of dog food, was told they had been delivered they hadn't queried this via email and was told they would be despatched immediately and that they had made a mistake on the previous email so I waited and waited they didn't arrive so asked for my money back they said it would be refunded so again I waited, contacted them several times ended you threatening to report them to trading standards, I am still waiting for my money seven months on. Moral of the story DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FRAUDS. Ps they even blocked my emails after about five requests for my money.
