Ordered 2 joules dog coats last October £40, only received one, emailed, but no response, I had Ordered the wrong size small, so thought I would cut my losses and return the coat and ask polity if they could send me a medium, also the missing one, have heard nothing, even sending another email, stating i have now spent over £40 + postage, even saying am a pensioner doesn't make any difference, cannot believe a company can operate this way, please think twice before you order anything from them, just wish I had read the reviews first.
