My delivery took too long to arrive (2 months+) so I cancelled my order. The order then arrived the next day! After being promised a refund I chased them to find out what to do with the cancelled order. The refund never came, however I contacted my bank and they paid me the full money as they were operating outside of their customer agreement (against consumer rights).
