The goods I had ordered were out of stock and I was sent a replacement by the seller which I didn't want. Customer Services were speedy at answering the phone, dealt with my questions politely and efficiently and arranged a complete refund including all postage charges without quibbling. Their subsequent emails were friendly and informative. I have ordered from them before and been entirely satisfied with the goods; now I know that they also deal with problems really well I shall certainly order from them again!
