I have been wronged by this company ! They offer no proof of shipping the article. I’ve lost 30 sterling pounds because of them and I have no recourse to receive the order for Chrismas : they don’t provide proof of shipping despite urge shipping costs. Very desappointed and upset. I ordered on the 6th of december to make sure the present arrived before Chrismas and now it is the 17th and they give me no proof of shipping and told me it should have arrived on the 12th. One expects from a serious company at the least a proof of shipping especially when they ask a lot of money for shipping
