Very disappointing customer service - I ordered a chimenea costing over £160 which I initially didn't mind presuming it was quality and unusual. When it arrived in branded packaging it transpired the seller had charged me over £50 was a discontinued product that's YOU COULD BUY ON THE HIGH STREET. Its made this company a bit of a joke to me. When I contacted customer service I felt dismissed and completely unimportant as a customer. It's a real shame, I had bought some bespoke products from sellers who's service and products were fabulous but now the shopping experience is spoiled and I don't feel I can trust 'Not on the high street' to run their business ethically or fairly.
