The service I had from the Drum and Guitar Centre was really excellent - not only polite and cheery at all times, but focused on putting right the fault with my drum kit with complete determination. They rang me to report on any updates, and put in hours of exploratory work, and then when it was all solved the charge was more than reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting excellent, committed and friendly service. In fact, I've been singing their praises to my friends ever since!
