My Mapex Orion drum kit was purchased very late on a Monday afternoon and was delivered (with the selected drum skins fitted and tuned) by their courier during the allotted hour on Thursday morning; superbly packed. The staff are willing to spend time and advise you with the same efficiency and politeness regardless of the fact that your purchase may cost a few pounds or several hundred, they do not differentiate. The Mapex kit is awesome and I would happily recommend it for serious consideration to other drummers. Expensive but the sound it produces makes it an excellent purchase Dave Miller
