The product I ordered was not available as the stock they had received was not up to their standards. I received a personal email very swiftly after submitting my order explaining this and offering to substitute a more expensive product for the same price. I gladly accepted this and the package arrived promptly and securely wrapped. Very satisfied with purchase and service received.
