I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for the very efficient service in m recent purchase of some Hardcase drum boxes (ordered Tuesday this week).
There was a technical problem with ordering online, so I phoned and received excellent service as well as the best prices I could find anywhere.
As explained to me over the phone, the goods arrived within the time slot given by the courier, some 48 hours after placing the order and I was very impressed with the whole process.
