Nottingham Drum and Guitar Centre recently helped me obtain a replacement spare part for my electronic drum kit under warranty. They were efficient and speedy at replacing the part which meant I could get back to my drumming quicker than anticipated. At all time they kept me informed and were courteous and polite. I think their level of customer service was exemplary and I would like to see more of it from the other shops and services I visit! Thank you.
