Staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. The first time I visited I wanted a bit of advice on E-kits, I was going to buy a TD-15 but was told that a new model will be coming out to replace it very soon. So we thought it would be better to buy the new version rather than one thats been out a few years. They emailed me as soon as the first one cam through the door, and I picked it up the same day with no hassle.
