Well, in the beginning Nova didn’t seem to be to bad. In the time that I was with them, they upgraded the platform twice. During that time they lock and disable your account. The first time took about a month before I was able to trade with my account again. The second upgrade started in November and it’s now the end of January. A periodically bug them for the new credentials to my accounts however, today I got an email that said we are so sorry, we were unable to migrate your account, but we value as a customer and would be willing to go 50% off of a new account! Yes, my jaw hit the floor too! I would recommend nobody do business with these guys they’re crooks and if you do, don’t say, I didn’t warn you that you’re gonna get the runaround!!
