I purchased a chandelier & 10 candle bulbs. Ordering process was easy, delivery was fast. The chandelier is lovely (although it hasn’t been put up yet due to renovations), one of the bulbs arrived smashed in the box. I emailed the company & they responded quickly assuring me a replacement bulb would be sent to me & it has arrived today. I would definitely use this company again.
