I ordered an article a while ago and still have not received estimated delivery date. I'm not even sure that the parcel is shipped. I have sent several emails to different accounts, but no response. On the phone, there is an automatic response that personnel is staying away due to travel restrictions, but some of thel have an access to emails. I sent an email to the aadress mentioned through phone call, but it send an automatic reply that the aadress do not exist. I am familiar about the situation in the world at the moment, but I still think that companies should reply and help costumers, I would be fine if I get my money back.. the worst is not knowing what is going on..
