On placing my order, I received a confirmation email which said a further email would be sent giving a delivery estimate when the item left the warehouse. No email was received. I also received nothing from the delivery company either. So the item was delivered unexpectedly but fortunately I was in at the time. I would have given 5 stars but for the lack of delivery information because the item was delivered within the timescale given and was well packaged. I'm pleased with the quality of the item.
