Bought a pendant light fitting from another supplier but broke a shade on fitting . Had been trying to get a replacement for 2 months and gave up . Ordered same whole light fitting for £30 less than original and it came within a week . Expensive way of getting one shade but at least we have 3 spares and will not use original company again but may well use Now Ligting
