I will never use NOW Lighting again!
I revived a broken item and I’m still waiting on a response/replacement 4/5 weeks now.
I even went the the manufacturer of the product; however, they’ve directed me to go back to NOW Lighting to get the replacement. Still no answer 4/5 weeks later - shocking customer care!
They are happy to take your money and send out broken products, but not so good at resolving anything ie just don’t reply!
