The purchasing process was simple and easy, the prices were fair and the delivery was good. The only thing I'd suggest is to include more details and photos on the website. The wall light we bought was incredibly difficult to install due to the screw holes being way too close to the edge of the base (and, therefore, the wall), plus the base itself was very small too, which also made it difficult to fit all the cables inside. I appreciate this is an issue with the product and not the store though - the ceiling lights we bought in the same order were stunning. I still recommend the website as a great option to find good-value products.
