Do not waste your time or money on NPower hometeam. I had to call them out to carry out the initial service even then when I had made an appointment I had a no-show from the engineer and had to book another appointment. On another occasion my boiler broke down, I called the help line only to find out later that the call had not been logged so I had to make another appointment. They are a complete waste of time.
