The software is extremely buggy, and I'm unable to close some open orders, leaving me helpless as they continue to worsen. Despite reaching out to support, the issue couldn’t be resolved. Additionally, prices increase every year without any valid reason. After expressing my concerns, my account was deactivated. The phone app is practically useless—it doesn't even allow me to execute trades, and the charting feature is broken. I highly recommend avoiding this platform at all costs.
