Ruman was very courteous and obliging , explained everything to me and arranged transfer of money from pounds to euros to buy our villa in alicante , it was a nerve racking time but ruman did us proud and the exchange rate knocked spots off uk banks , I will be talking to him soon about pension transfer , thanks again ruman , from steve b was in cardiff now in castalla!!!
