I thought this process would be quicker, however that is NOT my issue. I was asked to pay $20.00 which I thought was for my copayment. So I never spoke with anyone nor did I get the meds. So I asked for a refund. I was told that the money was for a consult and that it is non refundable. Okay because I didn't know this I asked to see this in writing. However no one has been able to provide me with this information. But they keep telling me it's good for a year etc..... When places pull things like this I loss trust
