Charged $25 to my card with no invoice or receipt. Repeatedly lost my insurance card and required multiple photo uploads of sensitive personal information. Confusing interface even for somebody accustomed to navigating online menu options. Emailed me with a greeting for the WRONG patient name!!! Unethical and dangerous.
