If I could leave a 0 I would. I tried to get Birth Control and std test kit from Nurx. After two weeks with no prescription and no kit even mailed out I asked them to cancel my order. It took another 2 weeks to get a refund.
I thought maybe it was a fluke so waited a month and tried again. After paying I waited and 5 days later got a notice they cancelled my service. Without telling me why. I then spent the last two months arguing for a refund.
It feels like a scam. You will not get the services you pay for and a difficult time to get a refund.
