Avoid Nurx at all costs — a dangerously incompetent platform for medical care.
What should have taken 48 hours has now dragged out for over a week, with no resolution in sight. After multiple calls, I’ve encountered some of the rudest and most uninformed customer service agents imaginable — unacceptable for any business, especially one dealing with people’s health.
I was met with condescension, offensive comments about my prescribed medication, and a total lack of accountability. Each agent gave conflicting information, and none seemed to understand their own system or billing procedures. Only after escalating my complaint did someone finally say they could send my prescription to a local pharmacy. I go to pick it up the next day — nothing had been sent. Absolutely nothing.
Now, because of their total incompetence and a long weekend, I’m stuck waiting another full week for medication I needed days ago. That’s not just frustrating — that’s negligent.
This platform is not safe, not professional, and not worth the risk. If you value your time, your health, or even basic human decency, look elsewhere. Nurx has been an exhausting and infuriating experience — one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
