I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Nurx. I hadn’t ordered birth control in over SIX MONTHS, and out of nowhere, I was charged $6 for something I didn’t request. I called Nurx on May 31st to ask why this happened and was told that a new order had somehow been placed (not by me) — and that everything on my account would be canceled to make sure it didn’t happen again.
The very next day, on June 1st, they charged me another $6.
I had already disputed the first charge with my bank and now I’ve had to dispute the second one too. I was reassured on the phone that my plan was canceled, so I don’t understand how charges are still being processed. It’s also worth noting that I don’t even live in the same state anymore...so the order makes absolutely no sense.
This kind of billing behavior is unacceptable, and their customer service clearly isn't effective at resolving or preventing these issues. I would strongly recommend others be cautious before giving Nurx access to your payment information.
