Nutmeg wrongly allocated my £5000 ISA contribution to a general investment account. I've already complained but have very low expectations after an helpful conversation with their support team citing very long response times for complaints.
It seems very likely that at the very least this will get to the Financial Ombudsman.
It's extremely poor customer care and unprofessional to come up with any sort of excuse instead of correctly allocating my £5,000 ISA contribution.
