The lovely teas arrived within a couple of days of ordering and they taste very nice. The flavours are soft and pleasant, but not too subtle. Very pleasant to drink, not bitter or harsh at all. I like the website because you can choose a tea for specific health needs which is helpful compared to being faced with an array of random flavours on the supermarket shelf. I'm very impressed and would definitely get them again
