I take great pains to find out where a company is shipping from. You do not have any indication except an email web address to indicate that you work and have a business in the UK. All companies need to be transparent but for a health company not to put forward address telephone number and other contact details it is, frankly unacceptable. reading the reviews below I feel sorry for the people who are left waiting and waiting for things to arrive. Be kinder and honest. If I could change anything it would be to make it illegal for anyone to have a business without having full provenance listed.
