After receiving my display cabinet which had an oak shelf missing, I tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions to request the missing piece only to struggle with anyone answering the phone.. this surprised me as the selling lines are very responsive... numerous answer phone messages left with no response so I emailed and finally got a response that it would be resolved.. but after weeks no shelf went... called and called and emailed and ignored ... after spending a considerable amount of money I still have an incomplete display cabinet... really poor service... extremely unhappy customer...
