In shock at poor reviews, our experience was fantastic. Quality is amazing, very well built and packed. Delivery just under 3.5 weeks, Tracy answered by email on queries and the delivery driver was wonderful and really helpful. I even got the extra hanging rail i asked for. Heavy, well made wardrobe and delighted with it. Maybe Covid had caused problems or I've been extremely lucky (which i'm not normally) but really impressed and would use again for price and quality.
