Although you have now arranged for a refund as promised and for that I am grateful, I could not recommend you. It seems strange that you cannot be contacted by phone and that you used a courier who have a record of very poor reliability and high levels of damage to goods in transit. Unfortunately the sideboard was badly damaged on arrival and the delivery process was dreadful.
You say you have changed your courier now. I hope this is the case and breakages are reduced as a result.
