We’ve dealt mostly with Simon and it’s been a pleasure. His love of boats and all things rowing is evident in his extensive technical knowledge and his passion for matching rower and boat. The relationship with the client seems more important that the sale and I feel like Oarsport will be part of our rowing adventure for many years to come. Such personal customer service is rare these days. Looking forward to taking delivery of our boat and having a cup of tea and a catch up at the big events later this year.
