So far I have tried Green Vietnam and Trainwreck. The Green is great for a balance of energy without jitters and arthritis relief. The Trainwreck is about equal only it seems to have a longer effect, most of the day when taken around 8 am. I take it on an empty stomach with 6 ounces of 100% orange juice. My dose is 2 capsules.
Shipping speed is excellent, arrived early. Customer service is very good. I emailed with questions and received a quick and accurate answer.
