Simply terrible company that utterly fail to provide any customer services, or deal with claims in a professional way. I have an outstanding claim from Storm Dennis, and they still haven't settled it...a year later! The roof is very badly damaged and further internal damages have been caused by the lack of insurance service. First inspector was utterly rude and a liar who tried to cheat me out of a settlement. He told me I had to provide him with a ladder to check the roof, even though he knew I had broken ribs and arteries from an accident and couldn't lift a thing! He said he would close the claim down if I didn't do as he said, so I told Ocaso that he was acting illegally (Equality Act?). They sent someone else who agreed to settle the claim, and that is it...no more communication whatsoever! Disgraceful...terrible damage and taking them to the FSA and small claims court to sort this out.
