The whole customer service team, and especially Stefan, are truly remarkable. They help me to select the wine for my orders that I am sending from far away for my family moved to London, and are incredibly professional, friendly and efficient, making me and the wine recipients very happy. I am planning to use only Oddbins for my future orders because they are great.
I can not review the wine, do not drink at all, but my son and their friends are happy, although are too busy now to deal with the review, maybe later on per my request.
