I ordered some wine to be delivered to my sister in Low Fell. She wrote and told me the wine was left at the front door, she was at home at the time, and it was only when she went out she found the wine. She was lucky nobody took it. I find this unsatisfactory. The delivery person only had to ring the bell or knock on the door.
I hope you pass on these concerns to your delivery people.
